Jennifer is a Human Resources and Change Management professional with over 20 years experience in consulting and line management roles in Europe, Australia and the United States. She started her career in IT consulting with Accenture after completing a dual degree in Finance and International Management with Georgetown University in Washington D.C..

Jennifer has worked in HR Management roles and led Change Management projects focusing on leadership development, organizational culture alignment, restructuring and process change. She has worked with organizations to define the change and transition management frameworks that they need to deliver their planned financial return on investment.  Over the course of her career, she has covered the full range of HR processes across multiple countries and organizations.

Jennifer has worked in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, telecommunications, health care, creative, technology and government organizations.  Jennifer has worked successfully with clients in interim management roles as well as organizational design and development projects from planning and concept phases up through job design, sourcing and selection.  She has also led HRIS projects for clients across multiple countries and with other consulting teams and thrives in a fast-moving environment where quality delivery is key.  She is qualified to develop and deliver training programs or to work with client teams to prepare them for in-house training delivery.  Jennifer offers expertise in psychometric testing and has been using the Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator for leadership development, individual coaching and team facilitation for over 10 years.

She strives not only to help her clients achieve their goals, but also to transfer knowledge internally to their organization so that they achieve ongoing, sustainable change.  As someone who started her career in IT, moved to HR, and has worked on projects in over 10 countries, she believes that anything can be learned, given the right context, attitude and support team.

Jennifer is a dual US-Swiss citizen and is fluent in English and French. Now based in the USA, she supports clients in locally in the greater NY area and offers remote consulting, depending on client needs.

She is also mom to two busy young boys and a very patient golden retriever.
